Tory Cottle
Tory Cottle is the Director of Instruction and Secondary Education at Memphis School of Excellence. A passionate student advocate, Tory has a deep love of teaching, learning and education. She holds a Masters in Education Improvement & Transformation from Drexel University, a Bachelors from Virginia Tech, and certifications in Collaborative Teaching & Learning and Instructional Leadership from Harvard University and Bethel University. She has been named Teacher of the Year, Board Member of the Year at the Boys & Girls Club of Phillips County, and has earned the Sontag Prize in Urban Education from Harvard and Child Champion Award from the Kiwanis Club. She enjoys working for the students, families, and teachers of Memphis School of Excellence. In her free time, she has a goal of exploring all of the National Parks in the United States!
