A Little About Me
Kristen Simmons is a Memphis native, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in leisure and sports tourism with a minor in sports marketing from Middle Tennessee State University. She has always been connected to developing youth through her work with Memphis Athletic Ministries Summer Youth Program as a counselor. Kristen is dedicated to fostering community engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and driving outreach initiatives that align with organizational goals. She brings a strong foundation in communication strategies and marketing principles to this role. As a college student, she worked with the MTSU Blue Raiders football program for four years as a part of the recruiting and operations team where she gained experience in event planning, community outreach, marketing, and public relations. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Kristen brings creativity, innovative thinking, and a passion for connecting with the community. She is excited to join our team and looks forward to forming new relationships that will make a positive impact on our organization and families and youth we serve.
